Mr. Oluwatoyin Akomolafe

Mr. Oluwatoyin Abayomi Akomolafe (Executive Chairman)

Mr. Oluwatoyin Akomolafe is a seasoned business leader and strategic visionary with over three decades of multifaceted experience in the Oil & Gas sector, business consultancy, and corporate leadership. A 1976 graduate of Agricultural Economics from the University of Ibadan, he is the Executive Chairman of Index Brook Limited and the Chairman of the Oil & Gas Group at the Nigerian-American Chamber of Commerce.

As Managing Director of Index Brook, Mr. Akomolafe has played a critical role in transforming the company into a fully integrated provider of engineering design, procurement, operations, and consultancy services. His foresight and leadership have forged strategic partnerships with globally recognized energy firms such as Devon Energy and Anadarko—helping them secure oil blocks and establish operations in Nigeria’s competitive Oil & Gas market.

His influence in Nigeria’s energy sector is far-reaching. Under his direction, Index Brook Limited became one of the most widely respected consultancy service providers, contributing to the market penetration and success of major firms including Globestar, Acergy, Hyundai Heavy Industries, Ocean Energy, Subsea 7, and more.

Recognizing evolving market dynamics, Mr. Akomolafe established Pasadena Exploration and Production Company Limited to further expand the group’s operations into exploration and production. He subsequently repositioned Index Brook to offer premium operations and maintenance services tailored to the energy landscape in Nigeria and West Africa.

Beyond the boardroom, Mr. Akomolafe is actively involved in high-impact institutions such as the Cambridge Energy Research Associates and is a distinguished member of elite organizations including the Ikoyi and Metropolitan Clubs.

Dr. Laurine Ubanozie

Dr. Laurine Ubanozie, FCRM

Dr. Laurine Ubanozie is a highly accomplished Chartered Risk Manager with over 20 years of strategic experience across the oil and gas value chain. A proven expert in business growth, team leadership, and compliance, she has held executive roles at Index Brook Limited, Pasadena Exploration and Production, Canyon Offshore, Ezekiel Partners, and Apivaa/CogNext.

As a board member and founder of multiple ventures—including Laubarella Resources and Exportify—Dr. Laurine combines sharp business acumen with a deep commitment to national and community development. She is a Governing Council member and Treasurer at the Chartered Risk Management Institute of Nigeria (CRMI).

A passionate humanitarian, she is the Founder of The Formidable Jewels Foundation for the Needy and an active leader in Rotary International, where she has served as Assistant Governor and Club President.

Her educational track spans degrees in English, Business Administration, Public Administration, and a Ph.D. in Petroleum Resources Management. She also holds certifications in humanitarian law, project management, data analysis, and international professional management.

Mr. Emmanuel Efuntayo

Mr. Emmanuel Ibukun Efuntayo

Mr. Emmanuel Efuntayo is a respected Estate Surveyor and Valuer with over three decades of expertise in property and facility management, valuation, and taxation. He is the Principal Partner and CEO of Ibukun Efuntayo and Company and a Fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV).

His extensive experience spans roles with the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, Eko International Bank, and leadership positions in real estate firms including Wemabod Ltd. He holds multiple academic qualifications from institutions in Nigeria, Ireland, and the UK—culminating in an MSc in Business Administration.

Mr. Efuntayo is a Chief Executive Program alumnus of Lagos Business School, Vice President of the Nigerian-American Chamber of Commerce (NACC), and Chairman of its Property, Construction & Infrastructure Group. He is also actively involved in community service through the Rotary Club of Ikoyi, where he is president-elect.
